Refund Policy

At Bodice Charity Foundation, we value every donation and commitment made toward our mission of supporting vulnerable women, children, and the homeless. Because donations are used to fund charitable programs and outreach efforts, we maintain a transparent and responsible refund policy.
1. Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable
All donations made to Bodice Charity Foundation — whether one-time or recurring — are final and non-refundable. This is because funds are immediately allocated to our programs and beneficiaries.
However, we understand that errors can occur. In such rare cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue in good faith.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Donations: If you accidentally made multiple identical donations.

Error in Amount: If you entered an incorrect amount due to a technical or typographical error.

Unauthorized Donation: If a donation was made fraudulently or without your knowledge.
Note: Refunds will not be issued if the funds have already been allocated to our charitable work.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 business days of the transaction by providing:

4. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow 7–14 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
5. Event or Campaign Refunds
In the event that Bodice Charity Foundation organizes paid events, workshops, or fundraising campaigns, refund terms specific to those events will be communicated clearly at the time of registration or payment.
